Franchised Distribution.
We represent the manufacturers in Asia offering our services similar to that of a de-facto sales office of the manufacturers. Usually our prices are contract prices offered by the manufacturers and Paxcell is compensated a small margin for the sales and logistics work.
  
Non franchised Distribution.
We offer supply chain services to factories who prefer certain programs which franchised distributors are not willing to offer. Example are longer payment terms, inventory buffer, and faster delivery lead-time than the usual lead-time offered by manufacturers. Prices can be better as well due to price break, i.e., Paxcell will purchase a larger quantity from the manufacturers to qualify for better discount to offer better prices to our customers.
 
International Purchasing Office.
We assist factories in North Asia, Europe and US to buy certain components in Southeast Asia. These components are either purchased cheaper here or manufactured here.
  
Sub-assembly Services.
With a collaboration agreement with DDH Enterprises Inc. and an existing sub-assembly factory in Xiamen, Paxcell can offer sub assembly services such as cable assemblies.
